Default Exhaust tip: yay or nay? (opinions wanted!)

I just ordered a Magnaflow straight through to go with my KTeller. My car is going to be a 93 civic HB. I ordered the muffler with no tip, so it's pretty ratty looking. I have Bronze Rota C8s, amber signal housings, and JDM sidemarkers. I'm going for a cleaner look, no lip or kit, subtle enough to go more or less unnoticed.

This is why I bought the muffler. No 4" fart tip to look too conspicuous. Nice clean look, not aftermarket. It's a 2.5" straight in and out (I'm supercharging it).

I have 3 choices:

1) Leave the muffler ratty and with no tip.
2) Get an OEM tip and slap it on (it would be chrome, not really matching with the theme)
3) Get the OEM tip and get it powdercoated Bronze to match the wheel color theme (i'm also powdercoating my valve cover bronze)

I think the powdercoated bronze tip would look the best myself. It would be an OE tip, 2.5" sized, not huge.

What does everyone think?

buahahahahahahah

edit: hahahahahahahaha

edit2: tell your muffler guy to tuck the can as close to the bumper as he can. Leave it with no tip and paint it high heat black.

Buahahahahahah what? It's a legit question.

I'm not like "D00d! I gotz my APC Mufllur with 5" titanium tip y0!"

I'm going to be driving this damned thing for years so it should at least look good.

It's a 4 year project

Who cares if your rims are bronze, you dont need to be a bopper and have **** match. Keep it stock/oem.

if you think color-matching your exhaust tip to your wheels and valve cover look good then go for it...

most powder coaters recommend you not do exhaust components BTW though it would hardly be suttle as you say you want

I say a turn down from the exhaust, that way if it's tucked behind the bumper it does'nt get shitty soot colored

What does the description of your have to do with an exhaust tip?
You don't have a cleaner look, you have a honda-tech stage 1 style.

Just do what you want and stop asking "strangers" what they like.

Ps. The reason why I think threads like this are created is because; if they don't get honda-tech's responds about what they should do. They will get flamed when they post pictures of their car.
Know what, I should create a H-T Styling FAQ thread. IE: stage1: amber corners, rotas, lip. stage2: I  honda, I  JDM, NA is best stickers. etc..
