NPR Intercooler make-over.
Here's todays project for my friends sr20det(s15) powered 91 coupe.
Core size 20"x15"x2.25"
used 2.5" piping all around for entanks and such.

dude seriously thoes endtanks are way too small .. hindering flow .. i just dont like the configuration of them .. nice work tho

We were aware of all of that ahead of time. He had the intercooler sitting there for about a year now so we decided to do something with it. We planned on doing the whole "tapered box" endtanks but aluminum materials aren't available here on weekends so this will get him by for now.

unless there is a baffle in those you only going to be using about 1/3 of the core, but nice fab job BTW
