Default Oil / Head - air pressure ?

I took off my oil filler cap (D16Y8) while the car was idling and noticed alot of air pressure. With all my other cars there is not much pressure and you can add oil at idle. Is this pressure normal for a Civic and other Hondas ?

i dont know if there is suppose to be pressure but if it is running when you open it you will get oil droplets everywhere just turn the car off before you open it

Crankcase pressure y0!

There shouldn't be one, most honda motors come stock with a PCV valve...

So my PCV may be plugged ? I'm talking (at idle) about enough air flow out of the oil filler hole to probably blow any oil you try and pour in back at ya'. Almost a howl of air.
If the PCV is clogged I'd have an MIL / Code would'nt I ?
