Default Stock sleeve k20, K-pro, 525whp!!

I just got finished tuning a 2002 civic coupe with a k20a2 (type s). Just 9:1 wiseco pistons, Eagle rods, standard 86mm bore. Turbo kit consided of the following:

Cybernation turbo manifold
sc61
custom 3" dp
3" exhaust
cybernation ic piping
spearco intercooler
1000cc injectors
3bar map sensor
k-pro
Turbosmart e-gauge boost controller

Tuning at 24-25psi:

Pressure plot:

The power the engine made with such simple mods is just insane. A/f was 11.8~12.2 under boost, no knock count, and very conservative tune. This set-up could have easily made 600whp with more boost and ignition timing. The k-series engines are definetely the future. Just thought i would share this with the honda community.

Oh, here is a little vid during the run:

WOW.....great numbers. I'm starting to see that everyone is going to want to go with the K-series swaps.

I'm a b-series fan myself but I have to admit, the numbers that I've been seeing with the k's are ver impressive...

Hey Ryan, just letting you know that this dyno graph is not of my k-series/full race set-up. This is just one of Jeff's customer's cars. We'll be finishing up the k-series project by January. We just bought the shell for the engine swap to go in last week. Be on the look out for 600whp on stock sleeves.

This was on 110 Octane.

Actually, he is only making 460whp. The 645 comes from using a 40% sea level correction factor for his elevation in Columbia. 750cc injectors plus 55psi rail pressure does not mathematically supply enough fuel for 645whp.

Damn. Kinda sorta makes me regret getting my GSR motor sleeved, even though it would take several years for me to afford a turbo K20 setup.
