Default Still leaking???

I replaced my valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals and I still ended up having oil in my sparkplugs and i see light residue of oil around the valve cover. why is that, i belive i tightend the studs as tight as possible but i was also told you dont want to tighten it to much or you can snap the studs, do i need to just tighten them just a little nudge more or what help me out guys, or should i just go ahead and bring it to the shop, the only reason why i didnt bring it to the shop is because they may try to tell me to replaces my wires and spark plugs but there fairly new and i dont want that, just the seals and thats it. help me out guys!

you need to use a gasket sealent, like a high heat stuff liek honda-bond. its usually red/ornage and its real cheap. it makes a great seal with anything.
