Default Dowel pins b18c quick question

I ask this question as the helms has 2 picture both different from each other.
B18C1-Does the 2 dowel pins go on the exhaust side opposite the oil orfice?
In the helms they show 2 on the same side as the orfice and another pic with the pins on the exhuast side
Yeah I was looking at the B18B1 engine
B18C1 2 dowel pins on the Exhaust side opposite the Orfice-Answer to the Question

I really don't think it matters, they locate the head on the block, and wherever you put them is going to line it up, because honda doesn't suck and they machined the holes right for anywhere that the dowel pin will fit.

Yes...

The blocks weren't made by retards, they were made by engineers. If they machined a place for a dowel pin, it was meant to be used. If the dowel pin fits, it will line up correctly. They didn't machine dowel locations in the block and head to trick you into using the wrong one.
