Default B series gasket kits. hi im huggy bear and ricey mcricerton approved this message

basically i would be asking if users would use the gasket kit found HERE . id rather have a factory Honda kit, but i am unaware of Honda producing a kit like this one. any pointers from any user(s) would be very helpful.

#1 pricing of this kit is why im considering it. #2 i have made a couple trips to the dealer, and all the dealer offers is to piece a kit indiviually, @ full retail.

i'd get it from Honda and save the hassle of running back and forth. I bought a Stone gasket kit for upper and lower end and there were a few gaskets not included. Inlinefour.com has the oem gasket kits i believe

running back and forth is exactly what i'd be doing at honda, because they dont assemble a complete engine gasket kit.

the kit found at inlinefour.com is only a top end gasket kit. im overhauling the entire B16A, and need a complete kit.

What are the chances that those non-OEM parts will fail?

Why does it cost 1/4 of the price for OEM parts?

Do you want to risk doing a build-up again if these parts should fail?

It's a tough decision when you're tight on money but what if? If I cared for a long term fix I'd consider OEM. But seriously, why are those parts so cheap??

i mean it looks good, but looks can be decieveing.

great price, but u get what u pay for (not all cases)

id personally would get honda oem, but if u think its worth it, its all you. and no i havent heard of to many full honda kits like that.

Not every single gasket but, most.

06110-P2R-A02 - Gasket kit cylinder head

06111-P2M-A00 - Gasket kit engine.

This is for a 98 EX. You have to find your own numbers for you engine.
