Will post pics of the the new but old ride.I have been riding around in a 93 f150 and just sold to get my hatch.Im not new to hondas or imports but need to brush up on my manual skills. It's only a 1.6 liter D16y7 but will swap it out soon.I like what my brother has in his 93 accord which is a h22a jdm motor, pretty fast.It has 16inch konig rims that are coming with it but the rubber is almost gone.Ac ...yeahhhh. Only time will tell, keep doing what your doing.pics up manana~

yeah Im not of fan of the d series so i was wrong, beer enhances your brain to feel as if you have vtec anyways.Yeah I got my info from misleading people but got it straight now. It's good to know that the cx is lighter,no power steering but oh well.Actually if you ran into a redneck he would proably call you boy not buck, and Before the truck I was driving a 2000 toyota" wait delusion dont get your panties wet cause it's made over seas" 4runner,well that got totaled, and before that I had a 93 accord sedan so trucks are not the only vehicle that I have had.Anyways thank's for info on my hatch.Oh yeah the rims are 16' konig monsoon rims that are riding on yokohamas, weight is unknown for now on the rims.here are the pics.It has it's dings but they can be reparied, for those who do not like dents or **** like that on hondas you best cover your eyes.lol http://www.zaliek.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1378

haha yeah some people are ignorant about Texas with their stereotypes of EVERYONE driving trucks, riding horses, being a cowboy and ****. I lived in Dallas for 11yrs, San Antonio for 4yrs and then now i've lived here in Orlando for about 3years.....I've seen more redneck people here in Orlando than I ever did anywhere in Texas. I think some people tend to forget that Texas has 3 of the top 10largest cities in the nation (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio) and several other mid sized cities (Austin, El Paso, Ft Worth, Lubbock bla bla bla.)

I do admit though, Texas does have a LOT more trucks and suv's than anywhere i've ever seen. But I don't think everyone else realizes how beautiful trucks are. It's always been my dream to own a f-350 power stroke diesel, crew cab, dually.....mmmmmmmm lol.

anyways, back to the Honda topic...what motor do you plan on swapping in away?

Im not to sure, some people are quick to say throw in a type r some say a gsr.Need to do some research, what would be your point of view on a good engine for this hatch. It is a project car and is not driven much as of now due to all the flooding thats going on over here the past 2weeks.Wish the roads were dry so I could tear up the roads in my 1.6liter beast..lol Hey a K20 would be nice but I hear they are pretty expensive.Do you know what they go for, that is the engine with out installation. rainy days

ja d00d. the CX does indeed ahve the d16y7, but is nonvtec, so you'll have to run the vtec wires and the iabs, and some other wiring nonsense to get the h22 to fit. if you got questions on wiring lemme know cuz i just got done with my 97dxh22 project. hope you've got about 4grand saved up for the swap though

Thanks ek9, mulletov I did buy the ride on culebra,it's silver, but it does not have power windows.Forgot it's not a newer car, no power windows for you,lol my bad. It's got a ding or two but it's a project for me.How did you see this car on culebra or was it another?Speaking of a h22 my bro's acorrd with a h22a jdm motor drowned today in water, just enough water to get the carpet drenched and kill the motor from starting.Motor swap will come later, right now Im just focusing on cleaning the inside of the car, remove consoles and **** so I can get out alot of the grim stuck in corners and stuff. Not that it was that bad but I like my **** clean.Hey are you in a car crew in san anto mulletov or do you go to the track.

Lmao Yup thats the one man.I runs good would love to put power steering in it being that the original owner did not choose that option.Hey mabey we will run into each other on 410 or something, dont expect a race being that it's stock, for now.So the red hatch is yours, you got about 3 different rim sets in everyother picture.I looks good.Do you go to top notch for any of your parts?Anyways stage 1 is complete which was get car, stage 2 is save up another4-5g's for engine swap. Thanks for viewing the thread. You know one of the sales men put a freakin dent in the front left fender when he was moving it days earlier. What a dumb **** how can he be so cruel to this amazing machine
