Default Got new tires today and...

I got some new tires for my VX wheels today. I have a 92 CX hatch and I put the stock springs back on for winter so I decided to have an alignment done. Well the guy at the tire shop said my car only calls for a 2 wheel alignment (front). I told him I thought it called for 4 wheel (front and rear). So am I right ?? If I am this guy is gonna catch hell monday morning. My car is driving worse than before I had it aligned. It now pulls to the left and the steering wheel isnt centered it sits to the right of center. All he said it needed was a toe adjustment on the right side and that is all he adjusted it was a slight adjustment . Im thinking he didnt center the wheel exactly straight and the toe adjustment was needed because of that reason. So my main question is 1992 Civic CX Hatch requires a 2 wheel or 4 wheel alignment?

Thanks in Advance

He may have screwed up the front, thats just poor workmanship. But he didnt lie to you. We have two Hunter alignment racks at my shop and niether call for a rear adjustment. Most Hondas dont. Whenever we lower most Hondas and do a camber kit, we adjust the rear, but thats camber only. So he wasnt lying, but he should drive the car for himself and see.

Ok thanks man. I was just wondering because every other alignment shop said it would have to be a 4 wheel alignment. So I wasnt 100% sure. Im definately gonna go back Monday and have him drive it and fix it.

you shoulda got a 4 wheel alignment because the rear wheels are the ones that keep u going straight, don't ever just do a 2 wheel front end alignment period

Front Left: 0.52 deg CASTER
0.14 deg CAMBER
0.07 deg TOE

Front Right: 0.36 deg CASTER
-0.52 deg CAMBER
-0.01 deg TOE

Total TOE: 0.06 deg

Do these number seems in spec or could they be made better? Maybe it was because it was a Friday Afternoon and the guy wanted to go home and have a BREW or he is just a shitty alignment tech.

The rear has no adjustment stock. There is no toe, caster, or camber. You CANNOT do a 4 wheel on a Civic. I will print up an alignment spec sheet and fax it to you. Please dont suggest something that cannot be done on his car. And the driver keeps the car strait, unless you have JDM autopilot.

And Im in Racine, just south of Milwaukee.
