What shocks are you using?..
What are the spring rates on the springs?
Is the car going to be a auto-x car?,,drag car?,,or daily driver?

Skunk2 spring rates are usually pretty stiff ..and that would give you a bumpy ride..not bouncy but real stiff...
If you want a decent ride with good handilng maybe you should think about lowering springs..

If you want the Skunk2's, you better get some higher-level shocks - such as Illuminas or Koni's. The rates on the Skunk2 coilovers for the CRX are 400f/300r, which may shorten the life of some mid- to lower-end shocks much like the KYB AGX's.

I have mine with Bilstein shocks up front, and Illumina's out back, b/c the Skunk2's wouldn't fit on the Bilsteins in the rear.

i have my skunk2 on the stock shocks and it rides fine. ive had them on for two years now and the shocks are still good. the ride istn to bouncy or to stiff. all of my friends prefer how my car rides over theirs and most of them have coilovers with shock or springs. and their not cheap brands either.

Like stated before...bad shocks?

I have koni yellows on mine and there is no bounce to be found in any form or manner.
It is hars tho....really harsh.
My interior rattles then I drive over brick roads so bad, that when I have groceries in the back...I need to leave the soda's closed for about half an hour...or I have champaign like spraying in my kitchen.
