will these injectors work?

they're 89 Dodge daytona 370cc, low impedance. does this mean they're OBD1 if it's an '89? what do I need to modify if I want them on my OBD2 '00 Si?

I dont know when OBD1 was introduced. they're from an '89 daytona turbo, for honda's, '89's were OBD0 were they not? do domestics follow the same regulations?
