ive heard that the cams are different.... but ive gotta auto Z6 with a y8 tranny on it... just have to get the manual computer since the lock up control solenoid isnt used for the manual tranny

im getting a auto z6 for my manual cx, and i also have a manual tranny, and am getting the ecu chipped for manual...is there anything i should be worried about regarding the intake manifold?
