Idle getting really low, which of the following could be causing it?

Hi guys,
I've had my B18C installed in the car for about 2 months now, and since the weather has been getting colder I've ben having problems with the idle getting really low (below 200-300 RPM) while I'm stopped. Lately there also seems to be a faint odor of gas or exhaust fumes (cant tell which) coming from the car.
I'm thinking one of the following or a combination of the following might have something to do with it:
-TPS--I haven't calibrated it since I installed the engine (keep putting it off)
-FITV--haven't fixed it using the "easy as 1..2..3" thread on H-T (another thing I keep putting off)
-IACV--could a bad IACV or clogged IACV screen cause my prob?
-FUEL INJECTORS--I thought they might be sticking, but I check them using a trick I learned a long time ago. To check if the injector solenoids are opening and closing I put a long screwdriver to the injector and stuck my ear to the handle (ghetto stethoscope). All injectors are clicking away at the same rythm.
-CAT--I'm running a Kenji P28 with my skunk2 stg 1 cams, I was thinking that my cat might be clogged up since I bought it used from somebody else.
-VALVE ADJUSTMENT--last time I did my valve adjustment I did it while the engine was still warm from a few hours ago. Might have to re-adjust the valves anyways, because I take the car up to 8K RPMs quite frequently.
so what do you guys think?

All of the above?
If it smells really rich, look for too much fuel or not enough air, like the injectors sticking open, the IACV acting up, the TPS being off, etc. But really any of those things can make it idle funny.

The thing is it didn't do it before, just recently around a week ago when it started getting cold out. Before it would only do it after I ran the car hard.
