Default OBD0 Distributor on OBD1/2 motor?

Will a OBD0 distributor from a b16a1 work on a b16a2, and then with the proper wiring modifications be basically a OBD0 motor?

Nice! Thanks guys.

What about sensors? Do I need to change any of them? It's a B16a2.
