a buddy of mine is having problems with his 94 accord wagon, he is getting a code 16 from his ecu. he can't seem to find his main fuel relay to test it, although he does hear both "clicks" when he turns his ignition to on. so if any other ideas please let me know. wiring harness has also been hacked for a previous H22 that was in it. now has an F22B, so ecu info including pinouts would be helpful too.
