I really trying to find some one or some place that chips ecu's. where do you guys get your ecu's chipped? do you send the ecu out to them? how much is it? let me know i'm really want to get rid of this speed limiter on the PR3 ecu. a socketed ecu would be better

 

I got mine socketed by blown90hatch here on h-t. Chip installed by a local speedshop.
