Default Re: have question about alarms, need a alarm? (Teken)

well it depends on itf it is a single or dual zone sensor to determine which zone is active or if both are active. to adjust the dual zone turn the exterior zone all the way down and then adjust the interior zone first and get it to triger the alarm when you hand is about 4 inches inside the window or sunroof, making sure that the proximity sensor is acurate on both sides, then you can adjust the exterior portion of the sensor to trigger the alarm how ever far out that you want it. DONOT SET the exterior too sensitve because your car will get kicked from some a$$hole walking by when your alarm falses. To trick the sensor a person has to move very slowly and not make any sudden movements.

hope this helps.
