Where should buy my timing belt?
Actually, I've seen some "kits" on the web, and I suppose that's a way to save some money? Looking for "OEM" quality, not cheapo parts. It's for a F22A6 ('91 Accord SE). It has 215,000 miles, so this will be the second timing belt change.
I suppose my list should include:
Timing belt
Balancer belt
Timing belt tensioner?
Balancer belt tensioner?
(and probably some seals) --- might wait until I see what's behind the cover
(maybe seal retainer) --- might wait until I see what's behind the cover
So here's the deal. I'm going to assume it's a good idea to replace some or all of the seals given the car's age and mileage --- I can do this well enough without special tools? If not that throws the whole operation into question, because I don't want to have to take it in 2 months later and pay to have everything torn down anyway.
I plan on splurging on the special balancer tool because I won't have access to power tools but not special tools for the seals. Is that false economy?
Anyway, back to my question: I haven't seen many threads here mention replacing one or both tensioners --- but saw it as part of a kit. Any opinions are welcome.
Some answers to possible suggestions:
I've seens several how-to's already.
Helms manual is en route --- my Haynes that shows the brakes incorrectly as rotor-over-hub will NOT be trusted much for this!

Well kinda. You actually have to spend $50 before they'll waive a "handling fee" of like $10 --- and that's on top of shipping. Maybe if I needed something else from there it'd be OK.
Best I've seen so far is eBay (new, with warranty) for a bit less.

I usually shop Majestic (http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/) because I can search for most things online and they charge less than my local dealer.
Village (the dealer in PA, correct?) seems to require you to already know part numbers. Are you saying, Used2beAb16, that their online prices are pretty good too?
