Default HELP: 96 civic hb with 97 ls swap wiring problem located in st paul mn

will i thought that stock cx wiring harness would just plug and play into the 97 intgera ls motor or that what i heard but for me some of the plug don't fit like the altnertor plug so i cut plug from the intgera but don't know which wire goes were and what other plugs or wires do i need or have to add to make it run rite. I live in st paul mn if anyone can help me i would love it

The plug from the Alternator should fit if it is OBDII. I have the same (96LS) and I was able to reuse my wire. I just had to extend some wires.. o2 for sure ned to be extend.
