To properly install DA seats into a CRX, you need to swap the seat pans.

i have 90-91 LS seats in my 91 hatch. Its true that 3 of the 4 bolt holes line up, but if you position the seat in this way, you will notice that it sits at a very awkward angle.
How i installed mine was use the integra brackets... cut the front mounts off the integra brackets and the civic brackets, and then bolt or weld the civic front brackets onto the teg rails. this will make the front bolt holes line right up. then for the back, i had to make a space for one side (the angled bolt hole one) becuase it sat back about 3/4" too far, and the other side, (flat bracket side) i had to notch the bolt hole a little and make another spacer so the seat would sit level.

ef's have several different styles. 4 door, 88-89 and 90-91. i dont think ls pan can be switched around with 88-89.. the seats didnt get wider till 90. 4 door might be 88-91 or might be divided. unsure there as well
wow thanks for all the info guys.. see i'm getting this 90 civic hatcha nd it has gen 2 integ seats but they aren't bolted in really.. so i'm trying to analyze the situation basically.. i'm thinking about just getting some crx or civic seats and save the head ache...
