I have two spots on my door where the clear coat is chipped off. they are about 1.5'' each in diameter. Should I repaint or just sand and reclear? Why would this happen, I store my r and it never even sees water except for it's weekly wash?
I know its on a Type R (atleast guessing so with your signature) but I would imagine you would get better answers from the guys/girls over in the Appearance/Cosmetic forurm. They know their cleaning and maintenance for the outside/inside of the cars alot better then some of us might.

No, you're thinking of sound deadening material.
