will an Si cluster fit my 91 dx hatchback?? is it possible to put the SI cluster on my dx?? will there be alot of rewirings ??? thanks in advance.

 

Yeah the Si cluster will fit, but you need to either wire the tach yourself from the distributor and get the plugs that plug into the Si cluster or have an Si cluster and have an external tach on the dash or wherever. I suggest you do the first. Get a Chiltons manual too man. Get a Haynes if you don't know what the hell is what.

thanks for the reply. i have a chiltons manual book that covers the del sol, crx and civics. i'm afraid my aftermarket autometer tach got screwed when i did a swap on my car ( the tach itself is not reading properly....the pointer itself will go up all the way up to 10k on the tach) on normal driving its up to 6k. i've checked my wirings and grounding for my tach. another thing i'm afraid if i get another aftermarket tach...it might get stolen. so i just planned on putting an si cluster that already has the tach.

 

thats the way i would do it. If you look at your distributor wiring diagram it should go into detail about where the wires from the Si cluster should go into the distributor. Or solder the tach connections on your old connectors.
