I changed mine again last night. It is pretty easy. Almost as easy as changing the engine oil.
What I did was I bought a transparent, flexible tube and routed it from the engine bay down to the filler hole in the tranny.
Open the filler hole plug and the drain plug. They are right next to each other. Put the bottom drain plug back in. Then put the tube into the filler hole and pour the oil in until it starts pouring out of the filler hole. You are done at that point.
It shoudl take a little less than 2 quarts.
The flexible plastic hose makes it VERY easy. It only cost me $2 too.

if i'm not mistaken, they're the same thing in the FWDs. one more good thing about having a Honda FWD.

firstly, if you have a us trans, w no lsd, it will take a bit over 2 qts of fluid so be sure to buy 3, that would suck if you came up short at home/no other car.....
also, the diff uses the trans fluid also, and most of the fluid in the diff comes out from the drain plug, but you can take the very lowest bolt on the farthest part out on the trans and maybe get a little more out, i cant remember if its lower than the drain plug, i drained one with it out of the car hanging from a lift....

One piece of advice. Since it looks like its the first time you're doing this, unbolt the filler bolt before the drain bolt. You wouldn't want to leave yourself stranded because you had trouble undoing the filler bolt(which could be a pain sometimes).
that is all...
