If you're going to flame, at least use some grammar. And u is not a word.

To the OP, why do you think the clutch is gone? If it's a 2003, I find it hard to beleive that a few lessons on driving would burn it out.

I've tought quite a few people on my car, and have tracked it regularly for 3 years. It has 100K on the clock now, and is just starting to go. Tell us your symptoms so we can help.

Honda MTF all the way.

If you can still change gears your "cluth" is okay

Do you have more than 30,000 mile on the trans? If not you don't need to change the fluid.

Then it's probably fine. It may just be getting worn in; or possibly you're just paying more attention to the clutch (to see if he damaged it) and it's been the same all along, now you're just noticing a different feel.

I used MTF a few times, and it did the job as well as the synchromesh does; but I don't have any grinds, so to me they performed similar.

I use this now:

readily available, same as GM, and much cheaper than Honda or GM.

I got Honda MTF at an Acura Dealership for under $4 a quart. IN the link you posted it says that Penzoil stuff costs around $5.

I guess you'll just have to check around where you live. I pay $5 or so for the Honda at my dealer, and the GM / Penzoil stuff is around 3.50 - 4.50 depending on which part store I go to. Either way, even if it was $2 more (the GM Friction Modified is actually about $10 more), I'd still go with the Synchromesh.

Yeah, the synchromesh is more at the GM dealer. Just go to autozone and get the Penzoil stuff. Penzoil makes the GM fluid for them. I worked at the company that helped develop it, so I know first hand.
