HELP car wont turn over until 2nt time
i've replaced my fuel pump with a 195 walboro, ive gotten a new main relay, and i replaced my plugs, wire, and cap'n rotor with all ngk except cap n rotor and my car still wont turn over untill the second try unless its already warm what else can i dow now ! 
its an 88 dx crx with a dohc zc swap head ported and polished,i,c,e act lightn flywheel, centerfoce stage two clutch

not to be a dick, but are you sure you hooked the new pump up correct? it just sounds like a fuel delivery problem.
will it just crank and crank and crank, then just miraculously start?
or will it crank and crank, and after leaving it for a while, starts up at random?
have you looked at the starter at all? if its a manual, you should try doing a rolling start
