Anybody familiar with the EGC Performance Test Pipe 02 Simulator?

Anybody familiar with the EGC Performance Test Pipe 02 Simulator?
I will be putting this on along with a high flow cat when I get my turbo kit from Ben.
My question is where does it go and what will I do with the 2nd o2 sensor that is on my stock cat?
1)Do I just leave the 02 sensor off the new cat, put foil around it,enclose it in a plastic bag and put it under the carpet in my car or
2)do I get a bung welded on the new cat and stick the 02 sensor in there?
