I have a 95 gsr obdI and I was wondering where I need to connect the violet wire on my air fuel ratio gauge. PLEASE HELP! its autometer btw.

I want to connect it at the ecu and am not going to connect it at the wire running directly into the o2 sensor its self. Please help me its very urgent!

Just splice it into the wire on the back of your O2 sensor. I did this and its worked fine for over a year.

that's all you have to do, it takes like 5 minutes but i put rubber housing around t to protect it from the heat.

 

I just used one of those blue wire splicers. Thats it and it works great.

Connect it to white wire at ECU, usually position D14

 

You have to make sure you connect it after the harness. Goes like this i think.

O2 sensor-->wires out of sensor--->harness(the clip thingie)--->joins more wires around the battery--->all wires go to the ECU.

I may be wrong.

 

there are three wire harness connections located near your battery by the the shock.....the third harness down will have a white wire with a red line through the middle if it...honda recommends any readings be taken from that wire....

 

Well I looked and tried two white wires on the ecu that had a red wire in there but got no readings! Rember I have a 95 integra with OBDI!!! I want to take this reading from the wires running in the ecu not from the O2 Sensor's wires. Please help!!!

There must be someone that has an obdI integra with an AF guage that used one of these wires... PLEASE HELP!

Look i helped someone hook one up the other day. In the engine bay by the battery there are 3 wire harnesses. On the lowest one, in between the two brown wires is a white wire with red stripe. That one. Tap it and you are set.
