Upgrading the fuel system is a good place to start with your mods. FPR, maybe upgraded fuel pump (walbro etc.), fuel rail for around 200. throw in some injectors for around 280 new. its a good basis for more mods like hondata. cams and valvetrain work wont be as beneficial w/o tuning, so start with the basics.

wouldn't i need vafc to work well with Fpr...?

how much is hondata? oh yeah i forgot about this, but my honey is riding OBD2...

No, VAFC is basically useless w/o tuning on a dyno because even if you have an af ratio guage, its not accurate enough for you to tune the vafc with. fpr will just give you basic control of your fuel pressure to turn it up a little bit if you think its necessary. if you go this route, get a fuel pres guage at the same time, they have guage/fpr combo deals for around 80 shipped.

Not sure about hondata, check the performance sponsors section, you need to get it tuned if you have it tho.
