My fan switch on my JDM B16a is broken. I was just wondering if I can get the fan switch off any other motors.

If I were to buy it new where can I get it? Is it a universal part or can I only get it from Honda? How much approximately?

So i can get off similar year D and B series? I think as long is it attaches to the thermostat housing it should be ok, right?

 

Yes sir... if you can't find one in a yard, Advance sells them for about $30.

wtf...30...you can use a 2.00 switch from radio shack can't you...? thats what i did...or are you talking about the automatic fan switch???

 

Im talking about the automatic thermo/fan switch that is connected to the thermostat housing.

 

those are pretty much universal.. i remember i swap my mugen unit from a D16 to a B16 and back to a D16 now..
