Default 1.8L?

found a 1.8L out of a freshly wrecked 94 integra. would like to put it in one of my 95 honda civics.i have the acura at my house. is it worth the swap? the honda has a 1.6 v-tec that is just beat up.

Thast because it will make it illegal in some states.... but a 94 isnt much older than a 95 hehe...

Something to the effect of illegal to sell, but okay to keep. Not sure on that but its what I heard.

The B18b swap is a ride, you'll love it. Friend did the A swap, took a while, but he also had one advantage that you also have: a parts car. This will make the swap go much faster, pretty much the only thing you'll need to buy/make is motor mounts and a little adjustment on shift linkage.

Huh?? yeah there both OBDI but some states say its illegal all together to have a different year engine in your car. There isnt any way to prove here in Central NY but down near the City they have emssions and crap...

i live in washington state on the coast, and it does not matter what you do to your car as long as you keep a paper trail for title reasons. i am starting the swap on monday. the only prob, is finding a good price on a used 5 speed tranny, because the acura is an autocrapic...ha ha...
