hard to believe.. this car doesn't have any honda-like features.. maybe except for the headlights that kinda resembles a TSX.. but thats debateable...
i'm not feeling as of now..

I think it might have potential. They also strive to make the car look ugly for such photos. I didn't fall in love with the EP3 right away. It had to grow on me. I think that is the beauty of Hondas...they prove themselves to you.

That spy photo is also on vtec.net and importlounge.com and they are both saying that it is the new Civic. I don't know what Honda is doing but it doesn't look very good. I have heard rumors about a return of the CRX but I doubt it.

Looks like a citroen or an opel</TD></TR></TABLE>
i'm with that opinion.
automotive styling does not alter that much unless the entire philosophy changes. honda is notoriously conservative in their styling changes. also, you would see hints of those design elements in other models. i don't see anything that remotely says "honda", and i think they article is waaaay off. i do see some peugeot and renault. the rear reminds me of past saab hatchback lines.
i wouldn't worry about that showing up as a honda anytime soon.

You guys are waay to quick to assume anything..Remeber people these are "SPY" shots all of the lines are disguised on purpose..Besides you all say that the car is ugly, but you all know that nearly all of their cars originally are. Can anyone say that they actually thought the EK was hot when it first came out? Or better yet the EP? Or how about the EG? Or the first DC2? I personally think all Hondas when they first come out look like ***..but sure enough they all start to grow on me until I have to buy one, I have no idea why it is that way, but it is..Just wait all of you will love the 06 in time..lol you know it's true! Also I am amazed that nobody is happy that finally the US cars will be closer to their JDM counterparts i.e-ctr
I love Euro-styled hatchbacks, which is probably why I think my EP looks so great. But regardless of what this thing looks like, if it comes with a "type r" badge on it, everyone will be lining up in droves to buy one, LOL.

Perhaps they've decided to take the hit for McPherson designs. The CL7 is a new design, as is the USDM Accord, and they are both double wishbones.
One can only hope, I guess.
