maybe this is rice...i dunno...

I was thinking of putting some red LED's in the vents and door handles of my 93 Prelude VTEC, and possibly a led lightbar near the floor of the driver and passenger side.

I want to rig up some kind of switch though, and i dont think any of the LED kits i have seen include anything like that.

Has anybody come across some websites that detail an install like this, preferably including on/off switches?

I have seen LED taillights in my co-workers hot rod magazines....dont know if that would work for your application. thought I'd give you the info though. Yeah its also rice as hell.

 

if you want nice lookin leds mount them in ur a-pillars and tie em into your alarm, it looks really clean -rob but yeah lights in vents = rice

my alarm indicator....looks clear during the day and unlit...barely visible...but looks like this lit up....

 

i think the best place to put an alarm LED is below the hood latch switch... i've seen some nice configurations with the LED placed there.
