Prothane Mount Inserts
Has anyone here used the prothane motor mount inserts on their stock mounts. I just picked some up this week from NOPI and after receiving them in the mail I wasn't sure how to install them, they didn't come with any instructions.
Although I have not used them before I think to be honest is all they do is silde into the stock mounts
Corrsect me if I am wrong for someone that put these in before

I had a set of these on the four-door I used to have. You just take off the mount, pop the insert in, and reinstall the mount. Once you get the mount off, it'll be pretty much self-explanatory.
They're hella feckin' awesome, too.

See when I bought them, I orginally thought they were just replacing the stock rubber not working with it, but hey works for me, less I have to worry about. So what holds them in place?
Usually they have big washers that fit on the outside of the insert that holds them. But the way the mounts mount holds them in place also. I can probably find my ES install instructions and post them, but there aren't any pics if I remember right, although the install is self explanatory.
I'm using ES motor mount inserts, but I doubt they are any different than the Prothane ones. On another note they make my steering wheel vibe like my girls 2nd best friend. Over all I think it was worth it since the front torque mount was torn, cheap fix since sourcing parts around here sucks. just my 2cents
