I saw some of those guys at NOPI Nationals a couple years ago. Although they weren't Civics though and they drove them around like that after welding a rear chassis section.

hahaha that was from our meet, that was funny we we're thinking of welding some of device on that back so we could drive it, but it was too much work and we parted them

Just get some shopping car casters, you'd have like a 45" wheelbase, and I bet if you got on the brakes hard enough you would do a stoppie.

 

or u can just buy one for 7,000 or so...a buddy of mine did Another RHD EF 's Car
