Wasting time is starting to become cool.
I have been browsing this site on occasion for the past couple months and it seems as though there really isn't much to learn from a good 90% of the people in this wasteland I would like to call Honda-Tech. I have to vent my frustration on here because last time I got pissed at the quality humans who think they know everything about diagnostics, repair, etc... I am by no means saying I have memorized the allmighty book but still we need some kind of classification system on this chat/***** house. I am really get a bad taste in my mouth from all the bickering and total non-sense that goes on in these fart-filled threads:

OK, so maybe I am an idiot (I personally think I am.) But I really think we need to have some kind of credibility system of some sort. Maybe a complaint department that would be easy to use. Kind of like Ebay's feedback system. I can sit here all day long and post stoopid threads but I like to create a little meaning and maybe even spark some ideas. Whatever, I am going to smoke a cigarette and maybe destress on some good ol' sleep.

I'll chime in because I'm like that. I have seen the same thing, "Where can I get a ____?" "____ is gay!" There are also some people, I'm thinking of one in particular, who go into a thread where someone is asking for help on a problem, and simply repeat what has already been said many times. It gets on my nerves. It's very rare that someone posts a thread with actual information, it's usually a problem or a question about something. There are a couple good threads going on about windage, tuning, or engineering, but the rest are like support groups for people who don't know how to work on cars. Everyone has to learn, but there needs to be a place for Good Ideas.

That's why I stick to the Technical Forums. It's not immune though, but there are too many lazy kids. Didn't used to be nearly this bad when guys weren't given or paying for co-signed cars.
