Gsr swap into a del sol

Gsr problems bad ecu? Need help!
I am running a stock jdm 95 Gsr in my del sol. I just did the swap i am wondering if i did something wrong because i am getting spanked by my buddy's 97 gsr. Does the del sol's fuel pump get enough gas the the gsr, I went from a 1.6sohc. What are some post swap things that I might need to check? It also idles at 500-600 rpms. Let me know thanks

No check engine light but i blew a fuse to the ecu and ever since then the light doesn't come on. But even before that happend the engine idled low and isn't getting the kick like my buddy's gsr. HELP!! Could the distributor be 180 degrees off?
