D4 flashing on 97 Civic EX with a B16 with an Acura LS Auto tranny swap
Hello all who would like to ridicule me, or help me for that matter.
I swapped an OBD0 B16a Sir1 (converted to OBD1) into my 97 Civic EX
I used a 95 Acura Integra LS automatic transmission, and TCM and I'm running an OBD1 P28 ECU with a Boomslang Conversion harness including TCM wires for fourth OBD2 harness plug.
Now that you know what my bastardized setup is.
I currently have no ECU codes, but my D4 indicator on my dash is blinking.
The car shifts quite roughly and I can not manually select first gear on the shift lever.
Is there a way to tell which solenoid per set is A or B on the tranny itself. ( I'm talking abour the shift and lock-up solenoids)
Also on the far back top corner of the tranny is two sensors, mainshaft speed and countershaft speed sensor.....
which is which, just incase i have those jacked up.
Please help me

I also have a problem with my idle while in D4 or any gear for that matter.
My car idles fine any where i want it to idle by using the idle screw.
But when Im in gear and at a light, it goes down to about 500 - 650 RPMs and the oil light faintly comes on or flickers lightly...
Any one know what this might be for???

ii had an accord with a tranny that was goin out and light was on like yours so i just swapped it out and its all good now.......
