This is a 4-1 mild steel uncoated stepped primary header. The primaries are 1-3/4" x 1-7/8" with a 3" welded formed collector. The header was built to be used on a 1/2" deck plate engine. There is no flange on the collector. The header has been used but only on the dyno and some trips down the track. I'll post pictures later.
$550 as is or $600 with 3" flex pipe welded on.
Reduced to $500 and $550

Deck plate is a piece of billet that adds to the deck height of the block. I think it's for long rod motors. Makes the hood close funny.
Very good deal on the header! free bump.

Me neither. How much ground clearence would there be installed on a non-deck plate motor?

No it's not and that's not a "burns" style collector either.
Here's a couple pictures of the header on a stock B18 block.
