Not sure if this belongs in Appearance or not, so if the mods dont want this here please move.

I am looking to get an OEM rear lip for my EM1 but as everyone knows it is discontinued, and people either want a shitload of money for theirs or you have to fight to find one. I dont really give a crap if its totally OEM or not. I was looking at http://www.jdmshit.com and saw they have the replicas made of ABS plastic in stock. I am just worried that the quality and fitment might not be up to OEM par. Does anyone have any comments about these rear lips or any replicas? Thanks.

 

i have the jdmshit abs plastic one. it fit perfect. all you have to do is drill holes on the underside to bolt it in with the hardware required. also comes with 4 screws, 2 for each side. ofcourse paint it first tho

Sounds like the replica ABS will work great Nate....please let me know should you get one as you know i could be doing some modifying should the Si not selll

Its should bend/flex at all i would imagine....the fiberglass replicas are the ones to worry about as anything aftermarket made of fiberglasss usually sux!

 

My Type R style rear lip from JDMshit fits pretty well on my hatch

 

The one my ex gf got off of ebay fit perfect

 

DAMN. I want a CTR rear for my 97 hatchie... I think I need one
