I just recently bought a 95 Civic Hatch., and am planning on installing a B20VTEC w/Si Tranny. What shift linkage do I use? And what wires need to be added and what pinouts on the ECU? And what mounts do u use?
Thanks for all your help!

Well, that is pushing it......1. Try searching...
2. Get ready to read A LOT.

You will need the 94+ GSR shift linkage (both rods), the 94+ GSR metal tranny bracket that goes behind the engine, the GSR bracket that bolts up to the front side of the tranny, but you will swap over the U-piece that your Civic has already onto it. Alot of times the engine will have the front bracket (AC bracket) and you'll swap over the U portion of your Civic mount onto it. I "think" if you get the GSR mount that bolts up to the driver's side of the block you will also need the GSR mount that holds it to the frame on that top mount.
What ecu will you be using?

I'll be using a P28 Ecu w/DOHC Program, and does the GS-R Linkage need to be shortened? What about wiring?
So what your saying is I'll need all the Gs-R Mounts, correct?
thanks.,

Shift linkage: '94-up Integra or '99-'00 Civic Si
A DOHC VTEC Del Sol shift linkage will NOT, I repeat, will NOT work. It is too short. A GS-R linkage will be just fine.
If you are using a P28 ECU you will need to add VTEC PS, VTEC solenoid, and the IAB. Since the P28 does not support a knock sensor it is not necessary to wire it up. But, it is not a bad idea and will not hurt anything.
VTEC PS - add wire at D6
VTEC solenoid - add wire at A4
IAB - move A20 to A17
knock sensor - add wire at D3*
* you might as well do it if you intend on using any other ECUs in the future.
If you use all of the GS-R mounts you will be fine. But, if you want the AC to fit like factory you will need to use a '94-'95 DOHC VTEC Del Sol AC bracket. It has P54 in the part number.
All of the information I have provided is factual and comes from experience. Not from what I have read on the internet or heard from some guy's uncle's mechanic who used to work on Elvis' Cadillac. I have done plenty of these swaps so I know what I am saying is right.
If you need a chipped P28 email me. Thanks.
Good luck.
