I'm getting a CF hood and fenders for my rex and wanted to know if anyone has anything from Seibon and if they knew the approx. prices for their stuff. Is it quality stuff or just normal cheapo products? Their site looks nice but looks can be deceiving... http://www.seibon.com

They are pretty expensive, but the CF you get from them is usually OEM fit. Much better then VIS racing.

How do you figure? I have been selling both lines, vis for years and Seibon for about a year now. The quality seems to be the same between them. I am not bias as i carry both lines.
The thing i don't like about the Seibon name is that they are often out of stock for many of the listed applications. Our last b/o with them took 4 months!

 

Then I guess we euro's get shafted.
I saw 3 VISracing CF hoods and they were horrable. All 3 of them. Put me off...so I ended up not buying a CF hood at all.

 

I have a Seibon ZC hood on my CRX. The weave and the fit are both pretty nice

 

i have a VIS hood on my Civic...it fit perfect. alos had one on my accord. fit perfect...does seibon make one for a jdm front?

 

My buddy just bought a full Seibon CArbon lip kit for his ek, At 1st i was like WTF is Seibon, but thier c/f is pretty good. All except his front lip started to fade by the second day, Hes a ricer, so i think he just didnt notice it when he picked it up from one of our local tuner shops. They took it back, so now were just waiting for the front lip. I will try to post pics if u want...We got the rear lip and sideskirts on...

my friend casey sells seibon and he has had a lot of problems with getting items in a timely fashion but he's beat any price i've ever seen on their stuff. we got one for my friend's dc2 and it fits like a glove and has a perfect weave and nice rolled edges. his email is sales@phasenine.com if you wanna see what he can do for you... or you can IM him on AIM, phaseninehelp is his user name....
