He's in Canada. Their Si is the equivalent of an EX.

I don't think it will since you have a B series motor and it's designed for a D series motor.
You could always just buy an intake for a 99-00 Si (SiR in your case)... that'd plop right into your SiR.

You can make it work. Anything can be made to fit, especially an intake arm. But, I would get yourself a custom 3" pipe, I doubt the intake arm is even close to 3" in diameter.

you can get the JDM eg B16 air boxes for like $50 U.S. form HMO or maybe even cheaper on ebay, bolts straight in

i have a ek ARC intake box that i modded to fit the eg for sale if you would like to have a different intake then everyone else has...
