Default wth is going on with my car?

my car has been acting pretty wierd lately.

i went to fontana on saturday and while i was in line in my car waiting to pay my car just stalled. it was a complete stop handbrake up not in gear, and it just turned off.
on my way home on the freeway my CEL and maintenance light came on and my car jerked slightly and it felt like it turned off.. i gave it gas a it wouldent accelerate, then i gave it gas and let go of the clutch and it jerked slightly again the lights went off and it was like normal.

then later that night i was at a full stop at a stop light and the lights came back on and the car just stopped. it wouldent start. after 2 minutes it finally turned on and the lights went away. then back to normal.

then at another stop i was at a stop, the light turned green and as i began moving all the warning lights came on. the car almost stalled but it didint. once the car stopped shaking the lights went away and it was back to normal.

today in the morning i checked all my fluids, listened for sounds and look for anything out of the norm everything looked fine.

then today on the freeway i was going 80mph at like 4krpm and my car started jerking a bit. my tach was jumping from 3700 to 4100. no lights came on. then after about 20 seconds it went back to normal.

i tried to be as detailed as possible any help is greatly appreciated

THANX

get in your car. Turn the key to the 'on' posistion. Watch your check engine light.

Count each long flash as 10 and each short flash as 1. add them together. That's how you decode the what cel is being thrown out.

see what it says, and then check the chart on team-integra.net.

hope that helps.

on this too, between cel's (different codes) there will be a long break between flashes to seperate code numbers. so dont get confused when you get a number of like 1003 or something, just turn the key off and do it again and look for those breaks in the flashing

check your battery wires and your ground connection. I had the same problem with my car and after i replaced the wires it ran flawlessly after that.

connections could be bad..but the not starting until 20 mins. after sounds like a heating up problem..i would try to get your hands on a dvom and check what your battery voltage is at dif idling times and at dif rpms's i could possibly see a wiring and/or alternator problem..something might be getting too hot..depending on how new your battery is i might stop by a local battery place and borrow a capacatence tester..i will check out all data at school tomorrow to see if they have any tsb's or flow charts for any smimilar problems...

see if you can get a hand on a scan tool and check for soft codes.........that will show the problem right away.

Sounds like am electrical problem. I would make a best guess at a bad ground. Make sure your alternator is charging properly and your battery is holding power as well.
