How about this, have your buddy go out to the track and run it.
How about idea number two, he goes to the dyno or he uses the handy HP calculator which requires a quarter mile E.T. Good day sir and never ask such an open ended question again.

You're still not getting it. Nobody can gess what numbers he'll put down or what he'll run at the track. His turbo could be shot, he may suck at tuning, his manifold may be ****, his charg piping and downpipe may be weird sizes, he could have a vacuum leak, blowby, or just a leaky I/C coupler, he could be a **** driver, on street tires on a hot humid day on a dusty or oily track or a million other things I don't care to list. In conclusion, WE DON'T ******* KNOW SO STOP ASKING. Hit the dyno and then the track that's how you find out what it'll run and put down.

I made 200hp and 183ftlbs at 5.5-6psi. This was on a t3/to4e 57trim 63ar, Revhard mani, spearco ic, HKS ssq, 2.5 inch dp into a 2 1/4 exhaust( 
). Im not sure what it woulda ran but i beat many low 13 second cars. Im guessing with traction it would hit a low 13 pretty easily. Tell himt o take it to the dyno and get that thing tuned...i wouldnt raise too much hell with an afc hack without it being tuned. Good luck
