Replacing OEM Cam Seal
if ur just putting on the cam seal (not the rubber O ring, but the solid round peice by the exhaust side closer to the distributor. like the ones that STR sells) then theres no need to take off the timing belt off. just take off the last cam cap. then u just need to remove the old cam seal and install the new one
is this what you're talking about? http://www.team-integra.net/se...D=576
if so, that article will help alot!

oh yea, if u have a LS, then it should be pretty simple. just take the valve cover off and unbolt the last cam cap.
if u have a VTEC motor, u will need to take off the top plate from the exhaust side. then after u do that, just unbolt the last cam cap, take out he cam seal and install the new one
