Default Screw holes on firewall

I bought my civic used and it has around a dozen holes in the firewall from self tapping screws. Don't know why so many but the two I know were from the siren on the alarm. Anyhow I hate the way it looks and want to have it repaired. I'm imagining this could be fixed by laying a spot weld on the holes. Has anyone experienced this here and have had it repaired? Since I don't plan on taking anything out the bay, will it require some airbrushing to paint the repairs? I know, some of you will just say "it can't be seen anyway . . . its under the hood" but I am sick as others could sympathize.
