hey there,

i have a 91 crx end the front end shakes while i use the brakes, any ideas why that is?????? thanks

 

warped disc rotors in the front. take it in for a brake job and have them turn the rotors.

Most likely this is your problem.

Just pull the rotors and have them turned. Replace the pads while you are in there. Don't give up the cash to have someone do this its too easy

 

Yea, you can do it yourself no prob. 17mm wrench and socket, 14mm and a 12mm...oh and a 3/4 to take the lug nuts off if they are stock...otherwise yea u can take it in..if u wait too long ur gonna hit the brakes and they'll fall off on the freeway!!...lol jk have fun

 

If the shaking is violent enough turning the rotors may not be enough because they are so warped, might want to replace them.
