I just put a new Sparco steering wheel in my CRX yesterday... When I hooked the wire up to the horn button and tried to put the steering wheel on, the horn constantly kept going off. How can I get it to work normally? Thanks.

 

The setup should have a short wire (maybe2 like on the Flash 5). The lead that feeds the stock horn button is actually going to ground when the horn is depressed. Check to make sure the button on your wheel is not closed and that you have not accidentally damaged the leads.

 

haha that happen to me...

but with me the wire must have slipped when i had the wheel bolted on, so the horn blew for like 5 mins straight til igot the wheel back off ... haha

u may have the wires backwards or the connects are touch the metal..

 

My stock wheel did that when I took it apart to remove the cruise control components, what happened was the ground was permanently in contact allowing the horn to go off like there was no tomorrow; solution - remove, loosen the screws, put back on.

 

I figured out what was wrong... I had to pull the wire clip out more so that it was fully grounded
