Default JDM one piece headlight condensation...

hey guys, i did a search and what i read realy didn't help me that much. My prob is that my whole drivers side JDM one piece headlight has condensation on the lense. about a month ago I resealed both headlights with silicone sealant, but it keeps on comming back. I can find no cracks in the housing so its leading me to believe that its comming from the back through the corner bulb gaskets. My friend told me to drill a small hole in the back of the housing and that will help stop it. Can anyone help me out hear on anyother ideas you may have. Any help would be appreciated

a small hole 1/16" will help with air circulation and also help with evapouration.

Ok guys, I think I fixed my prob...I used a hair dryer to dry up all the condensation in my headlights. Ordered some new gaskets for my corner bulb sockets(thats where the condensation was comming from, pretty sure at least) and then put some dum dum on(sticky stuffed used for holding windows and stuff in but doesn't harden) and everything is now tight. So hopefully it stops.

don't drill a hole, it doesn't always work, i've actually seen it make headlights work. which is why i ended up buying my girlfriend smoked E-codes for he new beetle... we drilled her factory lights and it turned into a damn waterfall down the inside of her headlight...

I have a 98 teg w/jdm front and i have the same problem with my passenger side headlight. Let me know if replacing the gaskets work. And how do you know that it is the gaskets for the turn signals? Just curious. Also i would like to know where i can order them from to replace.

ALSO is the condensation bad for my HID's and other bulbs?
