Default need input: What size headgasket to help on set-up. (ls/vtec)

As Omniman wrote

lsvtec with b16 head and ctr pistons
head Gasket 2.8cc big vol= 497.6cc
piston dome vol. 6.3cc small vol= 39.2cc stock lsvtec=12.7
camber vol. 44cc
deck height .25mm 1.3cc
cyl vol. 458.4cc

What size headgasket would be good to use to drop the c.r. ratio from 12.7 to a 11.7 or 12.0??

this has probably been asked a million times, and i've searched, just looking for a straight forward answer without the crap. THANKS people.
